Ramsey Emmanuel Lewis Jr. was a legendary American jazz pianist, composer, and radio personality, born in Chicago, Illinois. With a career spanning over five decades, Lewis became an iconic leader in the contemporary jazz movement, known for his unique blend of jazz, funk, and soul influences.
