Liebermann: La Forêt

Rolf Liebermann (1910-1999) was a Swiss composer and visionary music administrator whose influence on the opera world is immeasurable. Born in Zurich to a prominent Berlin family, Liebermann's career spanned both composition and administration, leaving an indelible mark on the cultural landscape. He was renowned for his daring vision and giant ambitions, often compared to the legendary Sergei Diaghilev for his ability to inspire and innovate.
