Mark O'Leary is a Welsh cricket coach and former cricketer who has made significant strides in the world of sports. Born on June 19, 1976, in Panteg, Wales, O'Leary's journey in cricket began with playing for Sudbrook Cricket Club and Wales Minor Counties. He later played for the second XIs of Glamorgan and Somerset, showcasing his talent and dedication to the sport.

O'Leary's coaching career is equally impressive. He served as the head coach of Western Storm in 2020 and 2021, leading the team to victory in the final edition of the Kia Super League. He also coached the women's team of Welsh Fire in the 2021 season of The Hundred, demonstrating his versatility and expertise in the sport. Currently, O'Leary is an assistant coach at Glamorgan County Cricket Club, where he works under the new interim head coach Richard Dawson.
