Born in 1974, Pasborg's musical journey began at the tender age of three when he received his first drum set from the legendary Danish drummer Alex Riel, who also became his mentor. This early start laid the foundation for Pasborg's deep understanding of rhythm and his ability to blend various musical influences, particularly African music, into his unique style.

Pasborg is known for his versatility and energy, seamlessly navigating genres from groove to abstract jazz. He is the founding member of ILK MUSIC, a Danish record label, and has collaborated with numerous renowned musicians, forming ensembles that deliver powerful, heartfelt original music. His discography includes ambitious projects like the acclaimed triple album "Triplepoint" and the atmospheric jazz rock album "The Firebirds," showcasing his fearlessness in experimental and innovative compositions.
