Andrew Nethsingha is a renowned English choral conductor and organist, celebrated for his profound contributions to the world of sacred music. Born in 1968, Nethsingha's musical journey began as a chorister at Exeter Cathedral under the guidance of his father, Lucian Nethsingha, who was also a cathedral organist. His early training and familial influence laid the foundation for a distinguished career that has seen him hold prestigious positions at some of the UK's most iconic musical institutions.

Nethsingha's extensive experience includes serving as the Director of Music at St John's College, Cambridge, where he made significant strides in expanding the choir's repertoire and introducing groundbreaking initiatives, such as inviting girls and women to join the choir as full members. His tenure at St John's was marked by the critically acclaimed Magnificat series, a monumental recording project that showcased the choir's exceptional talent and Nethsingha's masterful direction.

In 2023, Nethsingha took on the esteemed role of Organist and Master of the Choristers at Westminster Abbey, one of the United Kingdom's most famous religious buildings and the traditional site of royal coronations.
