Founded by Thomas Kukulies, Georg Corman, Günther Rink, and Martin Hesselbach, the group quickly made a name for themselves with their energetic performances and authentic sound. Their debut public appearance on May 30, 1981, was just the beginning of a journey that would take them on a tour of Cuba in 1983 and beyond.
