Ars Viva

Ars Viva is a prestigious platform celebrating emerging visual artists based in Germany. Since 1953, the ars viva prize has annually honored outstanding young artists under the age of 35, recognizing their distinct artistic language and engagement with contemporary issues. The prize has showcased a diverse range of talents, from Tamina Amadyar, Lewis Hammond, and Mooni Perry in 2022 to Wisrah C. V. da R. Celestino, Vincent Scheers, and Helena Uambembe in 2025. Each year, the ars viva prize highlights artists who push boundaries and offer fresh perspectives in the visual arts.
