Dudu Tassa is an Israeli rock musician, singer, songwriter, and record producer, celebrated for his unique blend of Mizrahi music and contemporary rock. Born into a musical family, Tassa is the grandson of the renowned Iraqi musician Daoud Al-Kuwaiti, part of the famous Al-Kuwaiti Brothers. Since 2011, Tassa has led Dudu Tassa & the Kuwaitis, reimagining old Iraqi and Kuwaiti songs originally composed by his grandfather and great-uncle. His collaborations with Radiohead's Jonny Greenwood have garnered international acclaim, showcasing his ability to bridge cultural divides through music.
