Franck Bedrossian

Franck Bedrossian is a pioneering French composer renowned for his innovative approach to sound and music. Born in 1971, Bedrossian co-founded the Saturationism movement in the early 2000s with fellow Paris Conservatoire graduate Raphaël Cendo, pushing the boundaries of contemporary composition. His work is characterized by a deep exploration of sonic textures and a keen ear for the nuances of sound, making him one of France's most brilliant young composers. Bedrossian's compositions have been performed by leading ensembles and have earned him international recognition. In addition to his composing career, Bedrossian has also made significant contributions to music education, having taught at the University of Berkeley and later becoming a composition professor at the Kunstuniversität in Graz.
