Ilya Gringolts

Ilya Gringolts is a Russian violinist renowned for his virtuosic technique and sensitive interpretations, captivating audiences worldwide with his dynamic performances. His musical journey began in St. Petersburg, where he studied under Tatiana Liberova and Jeanna Metallidi, followed by advanced training at the Juilliard School in New York. Gringolts' repertoire spans from classical masterpieces to contemporary works, showcasing his versatility and commitment to both historical and modern compositions. Beyond his solo career, he leads the Gringolts Quartet and collaborates with esteemed ensembles like the Finnish Baroque Orchestra.
