Ivan Jevtić, born in Belgrade in 1947, is a distinguished Serbian-born French composer renowned for his extensive and diverse musical output. With over 110 compositions to his name, Jevtić's work spans chamber, concert, and symphonic genres, reflecting his deep musical heritage and innovative spirit. A former student of the esteemed Stanojlo Rajičić, Alfred Uhl, and Olivier Messiaen, Jevtić's compositions are celebrated for their depth and emotional resonance. His piano works, in particular, have garnered significant acclaim, with notable releases featuring performances by his sister, Mira Jevtich.
