Jeremy Monteiro, born in Singapore in 1960, is a celebrated jazz pianist, singer, composer, and music educator, renowned as the "King of Swing" in his home country. With a career spanning over four decades, Monteiro has established himself as one of Asia's foremost jazz talents, captivating audiences with his virtuosic piano playing and soulful vocals. His discography boasts multiple top-charting albums on the USA National Jazzweek charts, showcasing his versatility and mastery of the genre. Beyond his solo work, Monteiro is also a dedicated music educator and producer, presenting concerts and representing artists through his agency, Showtime Productions. His contributions to music extend beyond jazz, having produced jingles for major companies and arranged iconic National Day songs in Singapore.
