Light Youth

Light Youth is a dynamic and inspiring collective that brings together young talents and leaders from diverse backgrounds. Established in 2013 as a sub-branch of the York Light Opera Company, Light Youth focuses on theatrical productions for young people aged 11 to 18, fostering creativity, collaboration, and skill development. Their tenth-anniversary show, the York amateur premiere of "School of Rock," showcases their commitment to delivering high-quality performances and opportunities for young artists. Beyond the stage, Light Youth is part of a broader mission to empower youth, encouraging personal growth, hope, and trust.
