Marko Nikodijevic

Marko Nikodijević is a Serbian composer, born in 1980 in Subotica, near the Hungarian border. He studied composition in Belgrade with Srdjan Hofman and Zoran Eric, and later with Marco Stroppa. Known for his innovative use of mathematical tools in his compositions, Nikodijević has gained international recognition for his compelling orchestral works. His music has been performed by prestigious orchestras such as the Vienna Radio Symphony Orchestra and the Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin. With a career that began with film scores, Nikodijević has since captivated audiences with his large-scale orchestral pieces, blending traditional and modern elements to create a unique and engaging musical experience.
