Márta Ábrahám

Márta Ábrahám is a celebrated Hungarian violinist, music pedagogue, and musicologist, renowned for her exceptional talent and extensive contributions to the world of classical music. Born in Vác, Hungary, in 1971, Ábrahám has established herself as a leading figure in both performance and education. She is a professor at the prestigious Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music in Budapest and the founder and artistic director of the ÁbrahámConsort, a baroque music ensemble.

Ábrahám's career is marked by numerous accolades, including the László Lajtha Prize and victories in prestigious competitions such as the János Koncz National Violin Competition and the Károly Flesch National Violin Competition.
