Maya Homburger

Maya Homburger is a versatile Swiss violinist renowned for her mastery of both Baroque and contemporary music. Born in Zurich, she moved to England in 1986 to join esteemed ensembles like the English Baroque Soloists under John Eliot Gardiner. Her collaboration with double-bassist and composer Barry Guy has been particularly fruitful, leading to the founding of Maya Recordings in 1991.
