Orsino Ensemble

The Orsino Ensemble is a dynamic chamber music group founded in 2018 by flautist Adam Walker, featuring five outstanding wind players at its core: flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, and French horn. This unique combination of instruments offers a fresh and captivating sound, exploring both classical repertoire and lesser-known chamber music for wind instruments. The ensemble made its debut at the prestigious Aldeburgh Festival and has since been praised for its innovative programming and exceptional performances. With a flexible format, the Orsino Ensemble collaborates with guest artists, such as pianist Pavel Kolesnikov, to bring a diverse range of musical stories to life.
