Paweł Łukaszewski is a versatile and accomplished figure in the world of choral music, born in Częstochowie in 1968. As a composer, conductor, educator, and cultural organiser, Łukaszewski has made significant contributions to the musical landscape. He holds two diplomas from the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, reflecting his deep musical expertise. Currently, he serves as the vice-rector of the same institution, further cementing his influence in the academic and musical communities. Łukaszewski's compositions are celebrated for their mastery, and he has been honoured with the Medal Per Artem ad Deum from the Pontifical Council for Culture. His work extends beyond composition, as he is also the president of the Musica Sacra Institute and the director of the Warsaw-Praski Cathedral Choir "Musica Sacra," showcasing his dedication to both creating and promoting sacred music.
