Peter Donohoe

Peter Donohoe, a celebrated English pianist, has captivated audiences worldwide with his extraordinary musicianship, stylistic versatility, and commanding technique. Born in Manchester in 1953, Peter's journey began at Chetham's School of Music, followed by studies at Leeds University and the Royal Northern College of Music. His international career skyrocketed after his triumph at the 1982 Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow. With over four decades of experience, Peter's repertoire is vast, and his performances are a testament to his status as one of the foremost pianists of our time. Beyond his technical prowess, Peter is known for his poetic touch and has been affectionately dubbed a "lion of the keyboard."
