The Messthetics

The Messthetics are an electrifying instrumental trio hailing from Washington DC, blending the raw energy of punk with the improvisational spirit of jazz. Comprised of drummer Brendan Canty and bassist Joe Lally, both former members of the iconic punk band Fugazi, and guitarist Anthony Pirog, the band crafts a unique sound that is both aggressive and melodic.
