Trevor Pinnock

Trevor Pinnock is a distinguished British harpsichordist and conductor, celebrated globally for his pioneering role in the modern revival of early music performance. As the founder and former conductor of the English Concert, one of Europe's premier period instrumental and vocal ensembles, Pinnock has set the standard for authentic interpretations of Baroque and Classical music. His career began with a scholarship at the Royal College of Music in London, following his early training as a chorister at Canterbury Cathedral. Pinnock's dynamic approach to conducting and his mastery of historical instruments have earned him international acclaim.
