Ute Engelke is a renowned soprano specializing in Baroque music, captivating audiences with her warm, light, and lyrical voice adorned with agile coloratura. With over 25 years of experience, she has performed in concerts, oratorios, and chamber music, bringing her heart and intellect to every performance. Her repertoire includes works by beloved composers such as Bach, Händel, Monteverdi, and Mozart.
Beyond her captivating performances, Ute is also a dedicated vocal coach for the Landesjugendchor Niedersachsen and a member of the Bundesverband Deutscher Gesangspädagogen. In recognition of her exceptional contributions to church music, she was awarded the Kirchenmusikpreis des Stadtkirchenverbandes Hannover in 2004.
