As a flutist, Schulz has captivated audiences with his performances in chamber music and classical genres, with notable works including "The Art Of The Flute" and "Concertos for Flute and Orchestra." Beyond his musical prowess, Schulz is also a respected scholar, holding a Ph.D. from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and serving as the Director of the Leibniz Institute for Media Research, as well as a professor of law and director of the Hans Bredow Institute at the University of Hamburg.
