Massimo Faraò is an accomplished Italian jazz pianist, born in Genoa on May 16, 1965. Known as "the blackest of Italian pianists," Faraò's musical journey began under the tutelage of Maestro Flavio Crivelli. His career took off as he collaborated with local musicians, notably bassist Piero Leveratto, and later ventured to the United States to play with legends like Red Holloway and Albert 'Tootie' Heath.
