His musical journey began under the influence of his father, a teacher and organist, and flourished during his time at Cambridge, where he studied Music and History of Art while singing in the prestigious King's College Choir.
As a choral master, Ben's work is celebrated for its emotional depth and technical brilliance. He has served as the Artistic Director and Principal Conductor of the National Youth Choir, bringing his infectious energy and passion to young musicians. Beyond his performing and conducting roles, Ben is also a dedicated educator, currently serving as a Senior Lecturer and Course Leader of the MA in Curatorial Practice.
