The Crouch End Festival Chorus (CEFC) is a dynamic symphonic choir based in north London, renowned for its diverse and eclectic repertoire that spans traditional choral works, contemporary classical pieces, and even rock, pop, and film music. Founded in 1984 by David Temple and John Gregson, the choir has built a stellar reputation both nationally and internationally. With a unique audition process that prioritizes vocal quality over sight-reading, CEFC ensures a focus on exceptional singing. Led by a self-taught music director, the choir performs five concerts annually in various venues across central and north London, delivering innovative and exciting programs that captivate audiences.
